| MP-22C |

MP-22C is a special grade of micronized synthetic wax that has been processed to an extremely fine and narrow particle size distribution for easier dispersion into printing inks, paints and coatings.
Prior compounding or grinding are eliminated with the use of the MP-22C which can be readily dispersed into most coatings with high speed mixing.
MP-22C has been processed to a 2.0-3.0 grind on a NPIRI grind gauge and is recommended for use in sheet fed (quick-set, IR) and heat set (low energy) web offset, letterpress, flexographic and gravure inks, as well as, overprint varnishes and industrial finishes.
The MP-22C will impart excellent abrasion resistance, slip and anti-blocking properties when added at levels of 1-3%. |
