Nitriflow is an acrylic polymer used in rigid homopolymer PVC compounds, in order to help the flux and the process during extrusion, calendering and injection.
Nitriflow improves the characteristics of the hot process of rigid PVC compounds for high, medium and low K value of PVC resins.
Due to its acrylic nature it resists to heat degradation and contributes to avoid the natural adhesion of rigid PVC compounds to hot metallic parts during the process.
Applications:
Its use is ideal for calendered films, vacuum forming films, blow extrusion compounds(bottles), pipes and connections, extruded profiles, injected parts and PVC foams. |
