D-19 catalyst is a stannous type catalyst for the production of one-shot polyether urethane foams. Produced by an exclusive Air Products process, D-19 catalyst is preferred to the usual stannous octoate products because of its uniform activity and excellent stability, allowing more economical, high-speed, high-volume foam production.
D-19 catalyst can be used for flexible, semi-flexible, and rigid polyether foams. D-19 catalyst is also being used successfully as a catalyst for urethane coatings and sealants. |
