Cosmonate M-100F is specially developed polymeric MDI suitable in the foundry binder field by degenerating ordinary product, polymeric MDI. Cosmonate M-100F is liquid in normal temperature and can be easily stored and handled down to -20'C. It is solvent-free form with 2.7 average organic function and maximum of 220 cps (25'C) viscosity which is mixed with monomer MDI of 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyante and its oligomer above dimer, trimer and tetramer.
M-100F is used in making shape of mold that has complicated form by reacting the mixture of phenolic resin, solvent and various catalysts in dry sand on the normal temperature. It manifests high intensity while manufacturing foundry binder, and especially the latter intensity shows superior characteristics. |
