Cosmonate MC-83W is used to reduce various noise that arise from vehicle engine, road, and tires. It is a special modified MDI that is composed of sound suction and echelon materials. Cosmonate MC-83W is a liquefied product in normal temperature, and is most stable when stored under freezing conditions and also could be handled the best. When in solvent-free form, it is mixed with 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyante MDI monomer. When these are mixed with high resolution oligomer that is of dimer, trimer, and tetramer, it becomes a product that has up to a maximum viscosity of 50cps(25'C).
Cosmonate MC-83W is a noise suction and echelon material that is made and used to reduce noise which arises from various parts of automobiles. Also, because it contains special modified MDI, it is excellent in reducing sound as low density product.
