Iron side, low temperature zinc phosphate solution designed to be operated at 120'F to 130'F.
Iron Side process allows the Zinc phosphate sludge to be created and dropped outside the process tank.
Thereby negating the need to shut down production and desludge the process tank.
Coating weights from 1500 mg/sq.' to 3000 mg/sq'. 45% energy savings and 25% zinc phosphate solutions savings are available with the use of this product. |
