Oakite FiSan-Guard is a low-foaming powdered alkaline material designed for hot tank or spray wash cleaning of baking pans, plates, pots, tins and similar equipment in bakeries, for washing pans and molds in meat packing plants, and for similar operations in other food processing plants.
Inhibited to guard against attack on tin, zinc and aluminum, Oakite FiSan-Guard is a food industry favorite for cleaning processing equipment.
