Oakite FiSan-Guard LT is an energy-saving detergent specially formulated for cleaning tinned, galvanized and aluminum food-processing equipment at temperatures as low as 43'C(110'F) compared with the usual 78'C(170'F).
The low-foaming material can be used for high-pressure spray wash, soak tank, mechanized spray or circulation-in-place cleaning (of product pipelines).
The inhibited, powdered alkaline compound may be applied on all metals and material commonly used in the food industry.
Thus, assorted items can be run through a spray washer or soaked in a hot tank during the same operation.
FiSan-Guard LT is ideal for quickly and effectively cleaning metal, silicone-treated and plastic baking utensils, trays, tote boxes, meat molds, freezer pans and similar equipment.
The free-flowing powder dissolves and mixes readily in hot or cold water, performs well in hard water areas.
With special built-in wetting, emulsifying and peptizing agents, low-strength solutions of Oakite FiSan-Guard LT quickly penetrate and loosen most food product soils-ncluding fats, proteins and starches.
Solutions then rinse freely and thoroughly to leave surfaces without streaks or spots.
Oakite FiSan-Guard LT is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants and is approved by the CDA. |
