Cosmonate PM-150 is special modified MDI that uses RIM(Reation Injection molding) technology that is applied to the process of manufacturing steering wheel(ISF) and window encapsulation. Cosmonate PM-150 is liquefied product in normal temperature, and is most stable when stored under freezing conditions and also could be handled the best. When in solvent-free form, it is mixed with 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyante MDI monomer. When these are mixed with high resolution oligomer that is of dimer, trimer and tetramer, it becomes a product that has up to maximum viscosity of 190cps(25'C).
Cosmonate PM-150 is special modified MDI that is used as car interior parts such as steering wheel and air filter(ISF). It is also used as exterior covering such as window encapsulation and rear spoiler(RIM Product). The flow of mild raw material gives an advantage in making complicated molding it also have outstanding mechanical properties such as heat and elasticity intensity.
