Oakite FiSan FBO is a heavy duty alkaline cleaner for tank operations.
Its unique blend of surfactants and alkali make it extremely effective in emulsifying oils, penetrating and removing heavy burnt on carbon from heating coils.
Oakite FiSan FBO is especially cost effective in boilouts of deep fat fryers and the cleaning of open processed food vats.
It’s also used to clean other food processing equipment suitable for soak operations.
Oakite FiSan FBO is authorized by the USDA for the use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. |
