The powerful cleaning action of FiSan-HD derives from the special wetting, penetrating and emulsifying properties built into this free-flowing powdered detergent.
It is extremely effective for cleaning copper equipment such as brew kettles, since it minimizes copper pick-up and subsequent equipment deterioration resulting from use of raw caustic solutions.
