Oakite FiSan-Det is a mildly alkaline liquid for daily clean-up operations of food processing equipment and other surfaces in food plants.
Applicable on most surfaces, including stainless steel and aluminum, it's used for cleaning deep fat frying equipment, smokehouse interiors and exteriors, ceramic tiled walls, red tile, concrete and wood floors.
Also used for treating poultry and hog scald water, and as a rinse additive to cooling/retort water.
With excellent wetting-out action and superior sudsing ability, Oakite FiSan-Det quickly dissolves fats and oils, peptizes solids.
It cleans well even in cold water, rinses easily and completely.
It's ideal for manual cleaning by brush.
FiSan-Det also is conveniently applied through portable pressure spray equipment or by tank immersion.
The economical-to-use detergent finds wide application in food, meat, poultry and egg processing plants as well as dairies, bakeries, bottling plants, breweries, distilleries and wineries.
Oakite FiSan-Det is authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants and is approved by the CDA.
It also contains ingredients acceptable to the FDA. |
