Oakite Chlor-Tergent is a one-step cleaner, sanitizer, deodorizer of food contact surfaces.
It also brightens stainless steel as it cleans.
In addition, built-in sequestrants overcome hard water problems and special rinsing agents assure streak-free surfaces.
Chlor-Tergent cleans better, provides more chlorine activity-for superior sanitizing-than a solution of ordinary chlorinated TSP (trisodium phosphate) or most other chlorinated detergents.
Ideally suited for CIP, sudsless Chlor-Tergent will not form air pockets when circulated through closed systems.
It also can be used for spray, tank or manual cleaning.
The triple-power material finds application throughout the food industry.
Users include dairies, bottlers, brewers, meat and poultry packers, frozen food, edible oil plants, canners, bakeries as well as restaurants and cafeterias.
