Polylite 32135-00 is a polyester resin developed specifically for casting large cultured marble parts, such as bathtubs with or without hydrotherapy units. This high-viscosity, low-styrene resin minimizes shrink and, therefore, stress cracking in large parts. Cultured marble tubs and vanities made with Polylite 32135-00 will meet or exceed ICPA and ANSI thermal shock standards when properly mixed, catalyzed, cured, and gel coated. Polylite 32135-00 is a rigid, low-reactivity, orthophthalic casting resin. It is designed to gel and cure at room temperature upon adding Superox 46709 methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.
