Oakite CrysCoat 1127 is a liquid, acidic material formulated to simultaneously clean and deposit an iron phosphate coating on steel surfaces.
The superior cleaning package in Oakite CrysCoat 1127 makes it suitable for use in a typical three stage application.
Oakite CrysCoat 1127 has the unique advantage of being able to develop a high quality iron phosphate coating at low temperatures(90' to 120'F).
Normal additions to maintain concentration will keep the pH of the bath in operating parameters.
Therefore, no additional pH adjustments are required under normal conditions. |
