TRS 50 is a patented, state-of-the-art semi-aqueous cleaner/degreaser designed to replace lower flash point d-limonene and petroleum hydrocarbon based cleaners as well as other regulated solvents.
The product can be used straight and effectively rinsed with water.
Consequently, TRS 50 finds application where high solvency is required, yet the economy and safety of water rinsing is desirable.
TRS 50 can also be mixed with water to form a semi-stable macro-emulsion(some periodic agitation may be required) when straight solvency is not required.
Concentrations from 5-15% at room temperature are most common.
Having a Kauri Butonol Value >500, TRS 50 effectively removes a broad base of solvent sensitive soils including: mineral oils and greases, inks, uncured paints and sealants, adhesives, asphalt, tar, mastics, some waxes and resins.
Applications are found in metal fabrication, assembly lines, printing plants, paint shops, equipment repair/rebuilding operations graffiti removal, sewage treatment plants, general maintenance cleaning, etc. |
