| SILBOND Condensed is the starting material for the manufacture of all other ethyl silicate products. It can be hydrolyzed and diluted to various strengths and with various solvents to produce binders which are tailored to many end uses. Some of these are corrosion resistant inorganic zinc primers, ceramic shells and solid flasks for investment castings, ceramic shapes and cores, ceramic coatings, as a chemical intermediate, and many others.
