Tramfloc 148 is a high molecular weight, highly charged, anionic polyacrylamide. Tramfloc 148 is supplied as a stable, high density emulsion. Tramfloc 148 is completely water soluble and produces high viscosity solutions at very low concentrations. Tramfloc 148 is used as a general flocculant in tailings thickening and concentrates.
Tramfloc 148 is used as a floc builder and after the addition of poly DMDAC or epiamine coagulants. Tramfloc 148 is used alone or with primary coagulants for clarification, DAF/IAF, mineral applications, and phosphate and multivalent metal salt removal. |
