When several polymers are blended, which are different in polarity and viscosity, it makes polymer homogeneous and improves product's physical properties.
The excellent solubility to all polymers enhances green tack of unvulcanized compounds and improves the adhesion of rubber products.
Having of scorch stability effect, it gives good storage stability and improves working efficiency with relatively fast cure rates.
Because of viscosity down effect, it provides the energy saving effect by the easy mastification and improves extrusion efficiency.
Applied to inner liner rubber, it improvesbending resistance, ageing resistance, calendaring property and air permeability. |
