Rubber Chemicals Masterbatch.
It is a mixed accelerator for car or bike tubes, and it can vulcanize at 135-200'C.
A mixing rate of accelerator can be changed according to demand.
It is a mixed accelerator of M and TT.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It doesn't change to be hard on standing by time, so it has excellent storage stability and it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties in spite of a long term storage. |
