Rubber chemicals masterbatch.
It's an ultra accelerator for NR, BR, NBR, SBR, IIR and EPDM.
It's used as heat-resistant stabilizer for PE.
But tensile strenght and tensile stress are high, it's apt to scorch.
Acceleration is less than EZ, PZ and it has a little migration.
It can bel vulcanized well at room temperature.
In Thiazole and sulfenamide accelerator it's used as an activator.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It dosen't change on standing by time, so it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties still a long term stroge. |
