Rubber chemicals masterbatch.
It is one of the most heavily used quasiaccelerator for NR, NBR, SBR, BR, IR and EPDM.
It is used as a retardant according to the type of CR.
It has a similar property to MBT accelerator, but it is less scorched than MBT.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It doesn't change to be hard on standing by time, so it has excellent storage stability and it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties in spite of a long term storage. |
