Rubber chemicals masterbatch.
It's one of the heavily used basic accelerators for use in NR, BR, NBR, SBR, CR and IR.
It dosen't use alone, it's more effective when used in combination with accelerator of Thiazole, Thiuram or Sulfenamide types, but it has a little scorch
Because it has a little migration, dosen't use for white-colored products.
According to the types of CR, it's used as a softener. It's usually used for industrial supplies or ebonite products.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It doesn't change to be hard on standing b-y time, so it has excellent storage stability and it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties in spite of a long term storage. |
