Rubber chemicals masterbatch.
It's used for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR and EPDM.
It's free from over cure sulfur coloration(It occurs from sulfur diffusion).
It has no bloom at manufacturing process waiting or long term storage of uncured rubber.
Beca it is free from sulfur bloom, it has a good adhesion.
It's suited for tires, special rubbers and colored products.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It doesn't change to be hard on standing by time, so it has excellentstorage stability and it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties in spiteof a long term storage. |
