Rubber chemicals masterbatch.
It is used as a vulcanizer for NR, BR, SBR and NBR.
It is vulcanizer for use in CR, CSM and ECO.
It is used as vulcanization activator when IIR is used in combination with oximes(vulcanizer).
It has a similar use to Litharge, but it is much stronger than it.
In CR and IIR it is more effective agai-nst water-resistance for use in CR and II-R.
Dosage is 5∼20 phr.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It doesn't change to be hard on standing b-y time, so it has excellentstorage stability and it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties in spiteof a long term storage. |
