Rubber chemicals masterbatch.
In NR, NBR, SBR it is used as an accelerator when used in combination with Thiazole or Dithiocarbamate accelerator, but it is used as retardant when used in combination with Thiuram accelerator.
But it is known to inorganic accelerator, it has a tendency to scorch and blacken with sulfur.
It is used as a vulcanizer for CR, CSM and ECO, and it is decreased scorch when added stearic acid.
It is used as a stabilizer of PVC resin.
By the absence of dust, it provides high sanitary circumstance and safety of workers.
Because of excellent dispersion mixing and processing times are shortened as well as uniformity of rubber can be made even by inexpert.
It doesn't change to be hard on standing by time, so it has excellent storage stability and it doesn't affect vulcanizing physical properties in spite of a long term storage. |
