| Capmul GMO (Glycerol Mono-oleate) is a mono-diglyceride of food grade oleic acid. Capmul GMO is a multifunctional emulsifier useful in the production of shortenings, whipped toppings, coffee whiteners, frozen desserts, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and plastic products. Capmul GMO conforms to the specifications of the Code of Fe deral Regulations (21 CFR § 184.1505) and the Food Chemicals Codex for GMO. |
