Cetrimonium Laureth-12 Succinate is silicone/surfactant complex.
The complexation with silicone gives a very mild surfactant with some softening properties.
When added to water at a low percentage(1-2%), you can make a water based makeup remover that removes many types of makeup, but leaves a soft after feel.
Cetrimonium Laureth-12 Succinate will also help to solubilize fragrance in a formulation.
*Applications: Make up removers, fragranced products, cleansers.
