| Captex 800 is a branched diester of Propylene Glycol. It is fully refined and deodorized and has exceptional stability. It is miscible with most organic solvents including 95% ethanol. The low viscosity, excellent lubricity, and relative non-oily character which imparts a rich full bodied feel to the skin makes Captex 800 ideally suited for a number of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. |
