Generation Engineering Plastic Reduce Migration Flame Retardant.
FRBN is reduce migration bromine/nitrogen flame retardant, provided with great molecular weight, excellent light fastness.
It gets over disadvantage of decabromine diphenyl ether ,for example yellowed easily and no-light fastness.
It is upgrade substitution of decabromine diphenyl ether.
FRBN differs from general halogenated flame retardants.
On the one hand FRBN is ilodissociated bromine and high decomposed temperature not to caustic equipment and mould in the processing, may be used in PBT, PA.
On the other hand bromine and nitrogen has cooperated effect ill fire-resistance.
FRBN may be mostly used in a series of engineering plastics for example ABS, PA, PS, PC,PBT, PET, PVC, FRBN should be cooperated with Sb203, which is suitable for processing of sorts, for example extrusion and injection moulding.
Moreover the FR-plastics by addition FRBN can be gone on a wheel to recycle. |
