PMP Liquid Gluconate 60 is a unique blend of gluconic acid and sodium gluconate in an aqueous solution, having a 60 percent equivalent of sodium gluconate when neutralized with caustic soda.
This product, which was developed by PMP Fermentation Products, Inc., is manufactured by a fermentation process yielding a versatile and popularly used gluconate.
PMP Fermentation Products, Inc. offers two types of Liquid Gluconate 60, which has an amber color.
Liquid Gluconate 60-LT undergoes special processing to display light color and has a low degree of odor.
