Para-Tec 518X is a solvent based water displacing rust preventative.
This product leaves a thin waxy film that is easily removed by alkaline or solvent base cleaners.
Para-Tec 518X is designed for long term indoor storage of ferrous and non ferrous metals, up to 18 months and short term covered outdoor storage.
Para-Tec 518X should be considered for your more difficult protection needs.
