Super accelerator.
It can cure rubber cement and latex, at the room temperature.
The critical temperature of vulcanization is 100'C.
The temperature of curing is not more than 110'C, otherwise , it will be decomposed. It will reduce the stability of latex and need to add the stabilizer in latex.
In self-vulcanization rubber cement, it can be used mixed with the diethylammonium diethyldi-thiocarbamate.
It is not only used in producing latex dipping products and rubber cements, but rubber silk and waterproof knit goods. |
