NEOSILK AZ-3 is a S/cationic emulsion of an aminofunctional silicone emulsion.
NEOSILK AZ-3 is ideal as a softener and lubricant for all kinds of textile roducts.
NEOSILK AZ-3 differs from conventional silicone softeners in that it produces a specially soft and pleasant handle.
1. NEOSILK AZ-3 is a reactive aminofunctional silicone emulsion in its
structure.
2. When NEOSILK AZ-3 is applied on fabrics, it gives durable softness,
crease resistance, stretch-back property and lubricity especially contton,
nylon, polyester, acrylic, linen and their blend knits are treated
preferably.
3. NEOSILK AZ-3 differs from conventional type silicone softener in that it
produce a specially soft and pleasant handle.
4. NEOSILK AZ-3 improve fabric durability for washing and laundering.
5. NEOSILK AZ-3 easily can separate form anionic chemicals in the paste water treatment.
Depending on the softness, durability requirements, kinds of fabrics, and level of performance needed, the concentration of NEOSILK AZ-3 required in the treating bath will very from 2.0 to 4.0% o.w.f. |
