Neosilk CT-14E is a silicone emulsion polymer which may be condensation-crosslinked with cross-linking agent v-15 and catalyst c-297 to produce insoluble silicones which impart flexible, shape-stabilizing characteristics to textile fabrics.
The finishes thus produced are unaffected by domestic laundering and dry cleaning. |
