| Celogen RA is a nonstaining, nondiscoloring and odorless nitrogen foaming agent for expanded plastics and sponge rubber. Recommended for applications which require high processing temperature. Decomposes in air at 230'C (447'F) and in plastics at 213- 230'C (415-447'F). Particularly effective in plastics such as ABS polymers, nylon, rigid polyvinyl chloride, high density polyethylene, polypropylene and polycarbonate. Effective also in natural, SBR, BR , nitrile (e.g. Paracril), Neoprene, EPDM (e.g. Royalene) and butyl rubbers. Decomposition temperature of material may be lowered by the use of BIK OT. |
