Cement based Adhesive using introduction:
? Kg adhesive should be added to on aprroximately 250 ?300 gr. water and it must be mixed preferably with a slow rotating mixer, until a homogenous mixture is obtained. After prepared mortar rested approximately 15 minutes. It must be mixed 1-2 minutes before application.
뷒dhesive Is pressed on the surface with a trowel until thin layer Is obtained, then it is combed with a suitably serrated travel.
뷚ollowing the combing, tiles must be placed within 15 minutes. If this perios is exceeded mortar must be scraped off the surface.
뷚or a good adhering, air must be thrown out with the help of plastic hammer.
뷨urfaces will be ready for the tile joint filler 24 hours after application (for vertical surfaces). It must be waited 48 ?72 hours for horizontal surfaces to apply tile joint filler.
Cement based tile joint filler using introduction:
?0 Kg. cement based tile joint filler should be added 7 lt. water and it must be mixed with slow rotating mixer, until a homogenous mixture is obtained. After prepared mortar rested approximately 15 minutes. It must be mixed 1-2 minutes before application.
뷢ortar must be filled into groud cavities with hard rubber trowel. It must be applied first parallel and then diagonal for a good filling.
뷪he surface must be cleaned an hours later by cross movements without pressing with a hard and humid sponge.
뷒fter 5 hours later the surface must be moisted with wet sponge.
