White powder or tiny crystalls,
nodorousand salty,easily soluble in
water,insolublein alcohol,presenting
slightly alkalinity,decomposed when
heating. Decomposed slowly when
exposd to moist air.
Molecular formular : NaHCO3
Specification:
NaHCO3 99% Min.
Chioride(Cl) 0.4% Max.
Arsenic(As) 0.0001% Max.
Heavy metals(Pb) 0.0005% Max.
Loss on drying 0.20% Max.
PH value 8.6 MAX
Uses:
Used as food fermentation,detergent ingredient,carbondoxide foamer,pharmacy,leather,ore milling and metallurgy,detergent for wool,exting uisher and metal heat-treating,fiber and rubber industry, etc.
Producing methods :
Carbonization process :Natural soda is firstly dissolved into solution (Na2CO3) and riltrated.The clear solution is then fed to carbonizing tower
accordingly, CO2 is compressed and bubbled up from the bottom of the tower,After carbonization,the slurry will be flowed from the bottom and separated.Dried to the finished product.
Standards : GB1887-90
Packing:
25kgs or 50kgs plastic woven bags lined with one layer polythene bag.
