| calcium stearate has generic thermal stability, even poorer than lead stearate and barium stearate. It is better if used with Zn or epoxy compound, so it is widely used for the nontoxic products. PVC products may become bright red at 160℃ or heated for a long time. If in a large dosage, it will appear phenomenon of frost. |

| it is fine white nontoxic and no sulfuration pollution with specific gravity of 1.08. And it can slightly dissolve in hot ethanol, but not in water. It will decompose to stearate and relevant salt when meeting with strong acid and can absorb moisture in air. Much attention should be paid during storage and transportation. |
