6. Properties and main uses
? This product is sulfidizer for rubber such as butyl rubber, natural rubber, butylbenzene rubber, etc, especially applicable to sulfurizing butyl rubber. It can improve heat resistance, with characteristics of small deformation, good heat resistance, large extension strength, small tensile stretch, etc. It can be used to produce heat resistant butyl products. Reference dosage: 5-10 shares.
? It can be used to produce chloroprene rubber adhesive, with good compatibility with chloroprene adhesive. The prepared chloroprene rubber adhesive can improve the heat resistance and adhesive force of adhesive. It is specially applicable to the adhesive for shoes.
? In coating industry, it can be used to produce end coating for external use, lacquer for floor, marine coating, antirust paint, water based printing ink, and can be used as material of thin film anti-rust oil products. The nitrolacquer produced by heating it together with dry oil has good brightness, water resistance, weathering resistance, UV resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and electric insulativity, etc.
