Decap is a powerful blend of solvents designed for the removal of cured epoxy systems.
It is particularly effective against transfer molded epoxy systems.
Decap is not a true solvent for the epoxies but causes disintegration of these cured systems by stretching and breaking the cured materials.
Decap is neutral, containing neither acids nor bases, and will therefore not effect electrical parameters of active components, including silicon. |
