For deep UV applications, QL630, synthetic fused silica plate is a suitable material because of its high purity and bubble-free properties.
For UV and visible applications, QL410 or QL420 is a better choice. Many sizes, up to a diameter of 500mm are available in both QL410 and QL420 series.
