① Appearance and color are estimated by eye
② The method of testing solid content is according to the GB/T14074.4-1993
③ The method of testing free formaldehyde content is according to the GB18583-2001

① The method of mark、packaging、Storage、Transport are according to HG/T3075-1977
② Stored in a cool(<25)、dry、well-ventilated area,reserve period is one year.You should test the alhesion properties of product fist ,you can still use it if it keep good enough.
4. The process parameters of? particleboard and medium density fiberboard
① The amount of sizing：18-20% (you can adjust it according to solid content of glue )
② The temperature of hot pressure:≥180℃ (the temperature is the higher the better)
③ The pressure of hot pressure:≥18kgf/cm2(the pressure is the higher the better)
④ The time of hot pressure : you can make the time longer for ensuring glue cured good enough
