Lycopene has the strong antioxidant activity. It’s confirmed by reseach that Lycopene could effectively eliminates superoxide anion, hydroxyl radical, DDPH and the peroxy radical caused by AAPH.
Lycopene is the main part of the tomato color.We can see dark red powder or oily liquid with our naked eyes.
