| Saudi International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem),
Sipchem is a Saudi joint stock Company, established in late 1999, Sipchem
actively invests in petrochemical, chemical and hydrocarbon industries,
both basic and intermediary.
Sipchem produce chemicals used to manufacture a multitude of products that
improve the lives of people worldwide, Sipchem develops strategic
alliances with carefully selected international partners to optimize its
technology and marketing positions.
Sipchem believes in production in the service of humanity, Sipchem
established on December 12, 1999 with fully paid capital of SR 500
million, this was recently increased to SR 650 million.
Sipchem is currently constructing a Methanol plant with a production
capacity of 1,000,000 tons per annum (TPA). This plant is being built on
the large Sipchem site located in the Jubail Industrial City, in the
Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
