| Application: This production line mainly uses PE or PVC as raw material to produce large caliber double-wall corrugate pipe. Thanks to its unique structure, the pipe has the advantages of light weight, good performance of shock resistance, high rigidity, corrosion-resistance, cold and hot resistance; therefore, the pipes are widely used in the fields of electricity wire sleeve, urban water supply and drainage system, agricultural irrigation pipe, underground filtration irrigation and the water supply or drainage system in buildings.
Mould and auxiliary machine: the foamed mould die is of high precision; the mould blocks are of changeable; there are two cooling modes to the mould block, by water and by fan. The belling in line of the PVC pipe is available, which ensures all the performance index of the pipes. |
