| Technology Description (±â¼ú °³¿ä) |
| Titanium KR -85 / Titanium KR -220 (neutral aqueous solution)
Titanium KR is a mixed solution of Titanium K and Titanium R. A film coated by Titanium KR achieves photocatalytic effect and hardness strength of the film after drying at room temperature. The film hardness becomes 2H to 5H(equivalent to a pencil lead). Titanium KR is a neutral solution that can be applied to various materials including metal and resin. A coated film with Titanium KR never dissolves in water. Photocatalytic effect and hardness of the film can be increased when it is heated. Spraying coating is the most suitable way for Titanium KR titanium dioxide solution. But substrates can be dipped into the Titanium KR liquid or applied by brush. Make sure to dry the substrate surface completely at room temperature. You can use heat to save time. The film's hardness decreases when it is not sufficiently dried. Photocatalytic activity and the hardness of the coated film can be increased when it is heated within the permissible high temperature of the substrate. A coated film does not decrease the hardness due to the time change.
